    Return & Refund Policy

    At KAJORA – The Premium Cashew by Hello Busy People, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering premium-quality products. Since our products are food items, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

    1. Returns

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

    However, returns or replacements may be considered if:

    • You receive a damaged product.
    • You receive the wrong product.
    • The product packaging is tampered with during delivery.
    • The product is missing from your order.

    2. Reporting an Issue

    If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

    • Your Order Number
    • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

    Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    3. Replacement Policy

    If your request is approved after verification, we may offer:

    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
    • A refund, at our discretion.

    4. Refund Policy

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

    Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

    5. Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.

    Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:

    • Premium Cashews
    • Flavoured Cashews
    • Almonds (Badam)
    • Cashew Chocolates
    • Gift Packs
    • Bulk or Corporate Orders
    • Customized or Special Packaging Orders

    7. Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return or refund is approved due to an error on our part.
